From 19th August 2024, the way you order your repeat medication will be changing. Pharmacies will no longer be able to request repeat medication on your behalf.
Patients will need to use the NHS App to order medication or bring a prescription slip into the practice. This will help patients take more control over their medication and what they order each month, creating a direct line to the practice for ordering.

Patients who use blister packs will not be affected and will still use the pharmacy for these.
