Practice Policies, Governance and Compliance
Information about the NHS services that we provide and how we provide them.
Each patient at our practice is assigned a named accountable GP who is responsible for assessing the suitability and coordation of the care you receive from us.
We know that it is not always possible to see your named GP and so we have no restrictions on seeing other doctors at the practice.
You can change your allocated named GP at any time. Please contact reception.
You have the right to request your preference of practitioner and we'll do our best to accommodate this. Please speak to Reception or choose from the available appointments in online services.
All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.
There were no employed GPs during 2022/23 and therefore no average pay data is available.
We offer appointments with various clinicians, you can help us to manage demand and offer patients appointments with a suitable clinician within a suitable timeframe by attending your appointments on time, or by giving us plenty of notice if you are unable to attend so that we can offer the appointment to another patient. If you repeatedly fail to attend your appointments, we will take steps to remove you from our list of registered patients.
We also have a zero tolerance policy on violence or abuse of anyone who is at the location of our practice or who works for our practice. If you are violent or abusive, we will take steps to remove you from our list of registered patients.
We aim to respond to Freedom of Information requests within 20 days.
Our practice is part of the Greater Manchester Integrated Care Partnership, and the Oldham Central Primary Care Network.
