We offer mental health support to patients who are registered with our practice.
Our friendly team is here to listen and help you talk about things that may be hard in your life. We want to help you feel better and support you to make changes that help your mind feel healthy and calm.
We have a list of helpful resources like books, audio, websites, and apps you can use at home.
We also recommend Kooth or Qwell, which are free online support service (Kooth for young people and Qwell for Adults). You can talk to someone or read stories from others who feel like you.
Other support we can help you with:
Social Prescribing: A link worker can help you connect with local groups and activities to help you feel less lonely and more supported.
Talking Therapies: We can refer you to services like Healthy Minds in Oldham, where you can speak to a therapist about your worries.
Support for Young People: We can help children and teens find the right mental health support.
Help with money or housing stress: If you are feeling low because of money, work or housing problems, we can signpost you to people who can help.
