For emergencies, call 999 or go to A&E.
Appointments
-
You may be asked for brief details so we can direct you to the right care.
-
Within one working day, we’ll confirm next steps: an appointment, phone call, text, or pharmacy advice.
-
Care may be from a GP, nurse, pharmacist, or another team member.
-
You can request a preferred clinician, though waits may be longer.
Access & Support
-
From 16, you can attend appointments alone.
-
Interpreters and extra support (e.g. wheelchair access, longer appointments) are available.

No ID, address or NHS number is required to register — you can still register if you’re new to the UK or homeless.
Your Role

Be on time and cancel if you can’t attend.

Use the NHS App to manage appointments, results and prescriptions.
